You get what you pay for. These rooms are dated but quite clean and functional. Unfortunately, for the owner, road construction outside affects access. But for someone on the road, looking for an inexpensive, secure, clean resting place, this place is perfect.

Service was top notch , we arrived late night hours and they were waiting for us at the reception. They allowed us to warm up our dinner as there was no microwave in the room. Room was ok , they need to look into the door lock , it’s bit of hassle to lock and open the room door. Overall Experience- Good

My wife LOVES LISA! The rooms spacious and clean. Lisa was amazing to book with. Bonus points for answering the phone. I tried to book in Edmunston coming from Ontario and got put on hold, hung up on, directed to book online. There’s something to say about customer service too often it’s a thing of the past. Highly recommend. It is retro and endearing.

The room was clean and comfortable. The outside pool was told as heated, but in real it was as cold as the nearby river. At first i ws ndering why there is nobody in the pool but after stepping in i understood everything.

Given this is an economy motel, its a great choice for a clean place to sleep. Have realistic expectations for basic amenities. Its a fraction of the cost to stay in Edmundston at bigger hotel chains that aren't kept as clean. The rooms are extremely clean and the property is well maintained. The outdoor pool area is great, ample chairs and the water is warm. The rooms and furniture are dated, but in a charming way. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The pizza joint across the street is also a great option for something to eat.

There is a 2 inch step down into the room on the 2nd floor. Trip hazard for older folks. Everything else was lovely. Noin house breakfast but lots of options nearby. Missed the pool, was closed Aug 31st.

We were pleasantly surprised that this very reasonably priced motel was also very clean, quiet and convenient to the highway. We travel this route twice a year and will make Daigle’s our regular stop. Not fancy but nicely retro and spotless. Everything we want for an overnight. They do not have a dining room, but pointed us to a BBQ place 1 km away that fit the bill. A very nice find just outside Grand Falls.

I was riding a motorcycle that I had just purchased in Montreal, to back home in Moncton. The bike was not ready, so I didn't head out until 1 pm, in the middle of summer, Friday rush hour. I was hoping to get to Fredericton, but with the bike not ready and the traffic, I only got to Edmundson. There were no rooms there, but the owner of the La Roma called here and was told that they had one room left. I accepted it happily. Nothing fancy, but the room was clean, the bed comfy and I had a nice hot bath. I was too tired to go out to eat and it was dark. The motel had some snacks. Dinner was a bag of chips, a chocolate bar and a beer. The young attendant at the front desk was a very friendly person. I was grateful to find the room. It was inexpensive and everyone was quiet, thankfully.
